If you recall, the construction was stalled a bit while a variance was filed. The intention was to be able to build according to the new floor plan that was developed for the home during the renovation process.
Well, the approval has been received by the city of Atlanta Department of Planning and Development and the Department of Watershed Management. The owner now has a variance to the side yard set back and to the city of Atlanta 75′ Stream Buffer, respectively.
Construction will begin later this week, without further delay. Please stay tuned for all of the updates.
